By offering events ranging from competitive adjudicated festivals to nationally promoted concerts, Choice Music Events is able to provide performance opportunities for ensembles of every age and caliber. Choice Music Events is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing all band, choir, and orchestra students with positive, educational, and enriching performance opportunities while enhancing the music education profession.

OUR VISION

• Choice Music Events will develop and provide educational performance opportunities for music students of all ability levels.
• We will recognize and celebrate the musical achievement of groups and individuals.
• We will impact an increasing number of students by continuously expanding our performance venues, locations, and events.
• We will design and implement staff training programs to ensure every participant has a positive and memorable performance experience.
• We will rely upon a knowledgeable and diverse Board of Trustees, numerous Advisory Boards, and participant observation to continually improve and adapt to the ever-changing needs of music education.

ACCREDITATION

Choice Music Events is an official Texas Certified Professional Education (CPE) provider. All directors of participating groups performing in an adjudicated Choice Music Events festival will earn official credit documentation that can be supplied to their school district for professional development credit.
