The Performance of Record event offers instrumental groups a quality performance and recording opportunity. The event is non-adjudicated and each venue will have a pre-selected recording engineer. Normal concert attire is required. A public concert with a combined event program listing for each group will be held using the TMEA Honor Band/Orchestra guidelines.
Format
- A non-adjudicated event
- One hour in warm-up room with a 15 minute setup
- One hour on stage which may include:
- Time with recording engineer
- Time to check balance and volume
- Performance of prepared conert program
